At DUNE, we operate at the heart of fragile marine ecosystems. We support concrete restoration projects, including our work with Sulubaai Environmental Foundation in the Philippines, where thousands of trees and mangroves have been replanted to restore essential habitats and support marine biodiversity.
Air travel is essential to our trips but has a real environmental impact. To address this, we apply a 0.75% environmental contribution to every trip, adjusted according to travel distance and its estimated footprint.
This contribution supports mangrove restoration projects, helping protect biodiversity and strengthen natural carbon storage. Rather than claiming to offset our impact, we focus on supporting meaningful action while working to better measure and reduce our overall footprint.
Our approach is pragmatic and continuously evolving: understand our footprint, reduce what we can, and ultimately address unavoidable emissions through a measurable and consistent approach.
