White-tipped Reef Shark

The white-tipped reef shark is one of the most commonly encountered shark species in the reefs of the tropical Indian and Pacific waters. It is characterized by the white tips of its dorsal and caudal fins, and is relatively curious and harmless to divers. Mainly active at night, it rests in caves.
