Eagle Ray

The spotted eagle ray, with its coat speckled with white dots on a dark background, is one of the most elegant rays of the tropical reefs. It is distinguished by its beak-shaped snout and graceful swimming near the bottom. Frequently encountered in the Red Sea, Maldives, and the Caribbean.
